6. Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of any SBB88 director or employee in a position that presents a conflict of interest.

4 Registration & Account Management

To access the Services, you must register by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number as required. You warrant that all information provided is true and you agree to promptly update any information that changes.

SBB88 implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before processing a first withdrawal, and at SBB88's discretion at any other time, you may be required to submit supporting documentation such as a copy of your Malaysian MyKad or passport, and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC to the satisfaction of SBB88 may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality or Account access.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials is your responsibility, whether or not authorised by you. Report any suspected unauthorised access or security breach to SBB88 support immediately.

• Do not share your username or password with any third party.
• Log out of the Platform when using a shared or public device.
• Contact support promptly if you suspect Account compromise.
• SBB88 will never request your password via email or chat.

5 Deposits & Payments

SBB88 accepts deposits denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through the following payment channels, subject to availability: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating financial institutions), and USDT on the TRC20 network. Supported payment methods are displayed on the deposit page and are subject to change.

All funds deposited into your Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. SBB88 reserves the right to return funds and request documentation to verify the source of any deposit.

SBB88 does not impose transaction fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider or issuing bank may apply their own charges. SBB88 accepts no responsibility for third-party fees.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted through the Wallet section of your Account, subject to the following conditions being met:

• KYC verification has been completed and approved by SBB88.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to the funds requested have been fully satisfied.
• The withdrawal amount falls within the minimum and maximum thresholds applicable to the chosen method.
• Your Account is in good standing with no outstanding investigations, disputes, or security flags.
• The nominated withdrawal recipient matches the verified Account holder.

Processing times vary by method. E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within five to thirty minutes following approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take between thirty minutes and three business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times and network conditions. All processing times are estimates and not guarantees.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

SBB88 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free credits, and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms:

• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per Player and per household.
• Bonuses may only be used on specified game categories; wagering on excluded games will not count toward requirements.
• SBB88 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time for operational or compliance reasons.
• Bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts or coordinated wagering patterns, will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

8 Gameplay & Wagering Rules

All games and betting markets made available on the Platform are operated using certified random number generation systems or live streaming studios subject to independent oversight. Results are determined by the applicable game engine or live dealer procedures and are final once settled.

You acknowledge and accept that:

• Gambling involves inherent risk and you may lose all funds wagered.

9 Prohibited Conduct

SBB88 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, withhold associated balances pending investigation, and report relevant conduct to appropriate authorities where required.

10 Intellectual Property

All content available on the Platform — including but not limited to the SBB88 name, logo, trade dress, software, game interfaces, graphics, audio, written content, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of SBB88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not confer any ownership rights. 13 Responsible Gambling
